Sign up for Public Comment at a Board Meeting
Showing up at the board meetings to give public comment lets the LAUSD school board know that parents care about the tech policies they implement, and gives us an important seat at the table.
If you can’t make it in person, you can sign up to call in — either way, your comments will go into the public record.
We have already seen that the board members listen to comments and respond to us when we speak up. And the more of us that show up, the more attention they give us.
Signing up is easy — filling out this form (though totally optional) allows us to coordinate our comments at a given meeting. Once you submit the form, you’ll be redirected to the LAUSD link where you can register to comment.
Registration opens 24 hours before the meeting, and space is limited, so we urge you to sign up as soon as registration begins.
If you don’t care to give us your info, just click here to go directly to the LAUSD site.
